THE JOB

You will be responsible for a variety of day to day administrative tasks to support the management team, respond to clients and liaise with suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer service

  • Creating and managing work orders

  • Invoicing

  • Liaising with suppliers regarding materials

  • General record keeping

  • Adherence to the highest safety and quality standards

  • Development of strong relationships with customers

NOTE: The successful candidate will be employed under the Clerks Private Sector Award. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Ability to follow safety standards

  • Computer skills

  • Positive and eager to learn attitude

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in-writing, with colleagues and customers

  • Time management skills

ALSO DESIRABLE

  • First Aid certificate

  • Experience in working with ServiceM8 job management software

  • Experience in working with basic Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive)
